Good people are the most important ingredient in a successful restaurant. We’re really lucky to have found such excellent local talent here in Mousehole, and we’re proud of how well our kind, knowledgeable and helpful team works together.
Here’s the team behind the scenes, as well as a few faces that you’ll meet when you visit.
Caleb and Terri
Mousehole Deli & Kitchen’s owners, Caleb and Terri, are both from West Cornwall. Chef Caleb and hospitality manager Terri both worked in prestigious establishments across the UK before coming home to start their venture here in Mousehole. They wanted to bring their passions for local produce, well-balanced eating, and excellent teamwork to their own business, back in Cornwall.
They bought the old harbourside building as a shell, which they renovated and opened as Hole Foods Deli in 2013. Caleb and Terri live in Mousehole with their two children.
Our menus change all the time – that's one of the beauties of having a local catch and plenty of farms nearby. You can be sure that every day has at least one seafood, meat and vegan dish, with gluten-free and other dietary requirements also available.

If you want restaurant-quality food but would rather enjoy it at home or outdoors, pick up one of our tremendous takeaways. We put the same love, ingredients and attention to detail into our takeout menu as we do the rest of our food.
